- All passengers on domestic flights are required to check in for flights 45 minutes before departure.

All passengers are required to book flights for their pets in advance; all pets are to be booked in with Qantas Freight as this allows pets to travel unaccompanied. If a passenger wishes to travel with his pet on the same flight the pet must be booked in advance and the booking confirmed before a passenger booking is made.
A pet carriage must comply with the IATA regulations; pet owners are requested to ensure that their pet carriage meets all requirements before book-ins. Any pet carriage that does not comply with standard regulations will be refused entry onto the flight.
